Government/eLoans Program Support –
Prime Contract
Innotion was contracted by the Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) to provide
technical and management support for the
Eloans Value added initiative, one of
the twenty four eGovernment initiatives
supported via the Presidential
Management Agenda. Specifically, Innotion provided technical services to
perform various feasibility and business
process improvement (BPI) studies to
improve risk management across
government lending agencies. The feasibility studies provided
insight for client access to default
data and interagency access to lender
performance data. The feasibility studies were
conducted through the use of a working
group including representatives from all
agencies involved in implementing the
Initiative. Represented agencies include, US
Department of Agriculture (USDA), US
Department of Education (ED), US Small
Business Administration (SBA), US
Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), and
US Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD). Department of the
Treasury and Office of Management and
Budget, though not lender agencies were
also included in the group. The results
of the feasibility studies were provided
as a beginning to the BPI study. The BPI study was conducted over
a seven-month period and analyzed the
existing environment for risk management
within the federal lending agencies. Specific emphasis was placed on
how agency’s risk management practiced
supported the Debt Collection
Improvement Act (DCIA). As a result of the risk
management recommendations, Innotion was
further contracted to develop a
inter-agency lender performance portal
to manage lender performance data across
all agencies. This contract is active through
09/07.
USDA—Information Assurance Technical Support
Innotion Enterprises holds the prime contract to
provide Information Assurance Technical
Support to the Cyber Security Office of
the Agriculture Research Service (ARS). Innotion has implemented a web
based Information Assurance Management
System to aid in the management of the
Certification and Accreditation(C&A) of
ARS’s system inventory to include all
network systems and system applications
(GRIN, APHIS, ARIS et al) supporting the
ARS mission. Innotion is also providing C&A
process improvement support, training
and C&A support personnel to meet ARS
information assurance strategic
objectives.
HUD Management and Marketing - Information Security and Technology Support
IEI is a subcontractor to Prescient Inc,
the prime contractor for the HUD
Marketing and Management (M&M) of
Single-family housing contracts in
Florida and New Jersey as well as the
HUD M&M Multifamily housing contract in
New York. IEI is responsible for the
information security and technology for
five geographically dispersed locations. Innotion planned, implemented and
operate their national network that
connects all operational offices. IEI
also has developed and maintains
Prescient’s Web BasedProperty Management
Tracking system supporting HUD’s
Multi-Family property management
contract. IEI also implemented and manages
Prescient’s Voice over IP (VoIP) network at
each location.
