IEI utilizes its proven talents in delivering high performance technology systems in order to support our complex asset management programs. In 2004 we became a subcontractor for HUD’s Single Family Housing Management and Marketing (M&M II) program. We provided full range of management, marketing, and sales services for the New Jersey/New York/Ohio Service Area. In 2008 we expanded our subcontracting relationship and played an active role in the FDIC Owned Real Estate (ORE) program.

With a proven capability to actively manage and market existing REO inventories, IEI was awarded a Field Service Manager contract for the new HUD M&M III program in Contact Areas 1A, 2A, and 2P. We received properties in 18 U.S. states and territories in 2010. IEI provided a valuable service by orchestrating a vast array of field services for the influx of FHA-insured foreclosed properties. Whereas M&M previously required contractors to combine maintenance and sales functions, M&M III contracted companies specialized in specific tasks in order to increase effectiveness.

IEI rose to the challenge of its 2010 M&M contract awards, and as a result was awarded an additional contract area in 2011. With the accumulation of Area 1S we are now performing FSM duties for HUD in 21 U.S. states and territories.  Innotion has demonstrated its ability to perform exceptional Field Service in any location, not matter how extensive the portfolio.
