Past Performance Highlights Security Certification and Accreditation Services – Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Innotion was contracted to perform the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for the current inventory of 197 information systems at the Department. This C&A effort was the first performed by any contractor for HUD. As such, it became a baseline C&A for all future applications. Innotion was responsible for the entire certification process, which included verifying security controls based on NIST standards and providing assessments on all security plans based on NIST 800-18 standards. Through this effort, Innotion gained unique insight into all information systems across all program areas within HUD. E-Government Program Support – Department of Housing and Urban Development
Innotion was contracted to provide technical services to complete two feasibility studies and the resulting Business Process Improvement (BPI) study for risk management of HUD’s current FHA portfolio default management. The Feasibility Studies provided insight for client access to default data and agency access to lender performance data. The feasibility studies were conducted through use of a working group including representatives from all agencies involved in implementing the Initiative. Represented agencies include: US Department of Agriculture (USDA), US Department of Education (ED), US Small Business Administration (SBA), US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), and US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Department of the Treasury and Office of Management and Budget, though not lender agencies, were also included in the group. The results of the feasibility studies were provided as a beginning to the BPI study. The BPI study was conducted over a seven-month period. At present IEI is working with the agency representatives, creating a prototype for an interagency lender performance portal as a result of the BPI study. As a result of the risk management recommendations, Innotion was further contracted to develop an inter-agency lender performance portal to manage lender performance data across all agencies. This contract is active through 04/06. Network Design, Implementation and Management Innotion is currently performing under a subcontract to Prescient Inc, the prime contractor for the HUD Marketing and Management (M&M) of Single-family housing contracts in Florida and New Jersey as well as the HUD M&M Multifamily housing contract in New York. IEI is responsible for network management, information security and technology for five geographically dispersed locations. Those responsibilities include but are not limited to: Network Design, Implementation and Management, providing advice on upgrades of both hardware and software to assist in streamlining critical business processes as well as implementing and managing their state-of-the-art Voice over IP (VoIP) National network. System Operations and Maintenance Support – Single Family Premium Collection – Upfront and Distributed Shares Refund System Innotion was contracted by HUD to perform system operations support for two highly visible applications. These systems include the maintenance of all insured and post-insured Single Family Loans within the FHA insurance program. One system is a fully operational financial system that supports the Single Family Insurance Operations Division, the other is tasked with the collection reconciliation and account of upfront mortgage insurance premiums for FHA insured home loans. Airport Security Management - Transportation Security Administration Innotion Enterprises was tasked via subcontract to NCS Pearson to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in managing the TSA security assessment center in support of the federalization of the Seattle, Olympia, Bellingham and Port Angeles airports. This included managing the security, logistics, computer testing and human resource functions required to support the qualification, recruitment and examination of a federalized workforce responsible for all phases of security screening of all security checkpoints throughout the airports. Innotion worked directly with the Federal Security Director for Seattle to ensure that all federalization activities were successfully coordinated with all participating subcontractors.
EPS(FEDBIZOPPS) Project Evaluation - General Services Administration(GSA) Innotion Enterprises developed and executed the Risk Assessment and Evaluation Plan for the Electronic Posting System(EPS) supporting the electronic procurement requirements of the General Services Administration(GSA). This included the risk assessment, requirement validation, and verification of all business and functional processes encompassed by the EPS. Army System Modernization Support – U.S. Army Innotion Enterprises supported the Risk Management and IV&V program management systems in support of the modernization of key Army Information Systems from a text based interface to a modern web based environment utilizing the Oracle Development System. We developed a best practice based Risk Management methodology based on the Army Software Program Managers Network (SPMN) key risk management practices and incorporated them into a web based risk management system to monitor system risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures were taken. Also supported key project activities such as Information Assurance/DITSCAP Compliance, Program Metrics, Knowledge Management Y2k Program Support/Test Bed Development – U.S. Army Innotion Enterprises coordinated and served a lead role in developing the Y2K compliance office for the RCAS. We executed the Y2K awareness and assessment activities as well as developed the RCAS Y2K Action Plan for total Y2K compliance. Ongoing Y2K actions were subsumed into an overall Risk Management system to ensure future compliance. Innotion Enterprises coordinated the development of a technical solutions test bed to provide independent testing for special program efforts, including Government off-the-Shelf (GOTS) testing, Performance and Capacity testing, Security accreditation testing and Y2K compliance testing
